Hijacked vehicle and stolen property recovered

Two suspects were apprehended after a shootout between them, Apcan Response officers and the police in Robertville on 4 April.

According to a Facebook post from the Apcan Security Group, they responded to a panic activation at a filling station in Robertville.

Upon arrival, a shootout occurred between the officers and suspects, who were in a vehicle they had hijacked earlier in Grobler Park.

“Two suspects were successfully apprehended, and all stolen property, including the hijacked vehicle, was recovered. Unfortunately, the third suspect fled the scene in a blue Volkswagen Golf Velociti. Apcan Security Group would like to congratulate all the officers and police members involved on a job well done,” the post read.
