It’s the month of love

They came with the gift of love.

The Floroma Old Age and Retirement Home residents were delighted when the Wicked Wheels Motorcycle Club members visited them on Valentine’s Day.

The bikers were pleased that the morning turned out to be filled with laughter, cheers and smiles as all who attended enjoyed themselves thoroughly.

Every year Wicked Wheels hosts events such Valentine’s Day at the retirement home, and this year they continued their tradition of providing music and treats for all the residents.

Wicked Wheels Club secretary Zettie van Biljon said that the president of their club, Neels Jonker, emphasised that supporting the old age home is a tradition he himself fostered within the club. “This is the third year that we host this event, and it will definitely not be the last function we host at the old age home.”

The club is already planning the Easter celebrations they will be hosting at the home.
