This is a joint operation between the Metro Police, police and City Power. It is uncertain when the road will be opened again but even when it is, motorists should anticipate protests and possible violence and should rather use alternative routes until further notice. Keep in mind that South Road can not be used as an alternative route since it is still closed due to damage to the road.
