Following a house robbery which saw rapper Nasty C lose personal items worth R800 000, the 20-year-old has decided to offer a big reward to any person with information about his valuables.

The rapper announced on his Facebook page that he was offering a R100 000 cash reward to anyone with information about his valuables, including his unique laptop on which a year’s worth of music was stored.

“Guys, please help me find my laptop. It has my music that I’ve been working on for more than a year. I was robbed of it at gunpoint a couple nights ago. If anyone sees this very rare laptop or has any information on where it is, please contact Mabala Noise,” he stated.

The rapper and his crew were robbed by two armed suspects at a property in Roodekrans on 20 September. Captain Mavela Masondo, the Gauteng Provincial Communications Officer, confirmed the incident and listed the valuables.

“I can confirm that they stole two laptops, two tablets, a cellphone and a Rolex watch,” said Masondo.

Nasty C’s stable was approached for comment last week but to no avail. This week, the rapper’s manager Ayando Ngcobo, confirmed the reward post on Facebook and said the reward is aimed particularly at the recovery of Nasty C’s Rolex presidential watch worth R500 000, as per Ayanda’s description.

When asked about the rapper’s current condition, Ayanda said, “The worst is over, he [Nasty C] is now just focusing on trying to recover the stolen music.”
