It is all systems go for the annual Honeydew Community Policing Forum (CPF) Fun Run/ Walk, taking place on 30 September.
Honeydew CPF public relations officer, Jon Rosenberg, confirmed to the Northsider that the forum is ready to host the event.
This 5km fun-filled run/ walk will start at Weltevreden Park Primary School. Rosenberg said the route will be on the green belt, which does not necessarily require traffic control from authorities. However, he added that the CPF will be assisting with marshalling along the route.
Great prizes, including trophies for the ladies, men and teams that come in first, second and third, are expected to be won.
