The trial of murder accused Marthinus Pelser is currently under way at the Roodepoort Magistrates’ Court.
Thusfar, the initial admission statement has been read by Pelser’s lawyer. Next up will be the cross-examination of the photographer and the member of the Honeydew Police who were first on the scene, by both the State and the Defence.

Court has been adjourned for lunch and will resume at 1.40pm.
