Once upon a time at Die Ruiter

Celebrating the importance of literature

Laerskool Die Ruiter celebrated literacy in style when learners and staff members dressed up as beloved storybook characters.

Captain Tshegofatso, and lawyers Siphosethu and Orifah.

The school’s Grade 7 learners also marked the day with a Careers Day and had to dress up in what they aspire to be.

Susan Hattingh and Magda van der Brink.

From the Wicked Witch of the West and Little Red Riding hood to police captains and lawyers, nobody disappointed with their costumes.
