Arthur Matthews Primary School reached the finals of the Life Skills Celebrations competition last month. The event was held at Discovery Primary Full Service School and children had to coordinate a drama with the help of their teacher that incorporated the theme of ‘Insects’.
More than 15 schools from the West Rand and surrounding areas participated. The finals will be hosted at Laerskool Jozua Naudè. The name of Arthur Matthew’s play, which was about the conflict between human beings and insects, was Ant-Tics.
