Teen tragedy: Police make shocking move
Eyewitnesses claim VW Kombi skipped red traffic light.
As if the Malick family, who lost their daughter in Friday night’s horror accident, is not going through a dark enough time, Florida Police have given the father, Ishmael, more disturbing news. Ishmael was also the driver of the vehicle in which the four teenagers who died had travelled.

The driver of the VW Kombi, who according to at least two eyewitnesses the Record spoke to, had skipped the red traffic light, passed on over the weekend. His passenger also died.
According to a close friend of Ishmael, Ishmael was summonsed to Florida Police Station by the investigating officer (IO) yesterday. He was then informed by the IO that since no eyewitnesses have come forward, he will be charged with culpable homicide.

The Record is in the process of putting Ishmael in contact with the two eyewitnesses in order for them to make statements as to what had happened on Friday night.
The friend indicated that Ishmael was willing to speak to the Record, but he could not be reached.
