Paint your world purple during this year’s Cansa Relay for Life with Carnival as the theme.
This event offers you the opportunity to celebrate those who have survived cancer, remember those who have succumbed to this terrible disease and fight back for those who are still struggling.
The Relay for Life will take place on 13 and 14 October from 6pm at Hoërskool Bastion.
To register a team of 10 members will cost R1 000, with R100 per additional member (maximum five). If you would like to participate as an individual, it cost only R100 and spectators pay only R40. Children between the ages of 12 and 18 pay R20 and children under 12 enter for free.
Teams will be able to set up their stands from 2pm at the school.
There will be food and coffee on sale throughout the evening and Bastion’s tuck-shop will be open as well.
