Thirty-one suspects arrested during special ops
Crimes committed include attempted murder.
During special stop-and-search operations conducted between 21 and 24 August, the Roodepoort Police arrested 31 suspects.
The suspects, aged between 19 and 55, were arrested for a variety of crimes, including assault with the intention to do grievous bodily harm (GBH), fraud, shoplifting, common robbery, possession of stolen property, dealing in dagga, possession of drugs, possession of housebreaking implements, domestic violence, housebreaking and theft, possession of drugs and attempted murder.
The suspects were detained at the Roodepoort Police Station.
