41-year-old George Charles Potgieter, who suffers from ADHD, epilepsy and depression has been missing since 15 August.
He is chubby, has brown eyes and short black hair. He weighs about 100kg, is about 1,78m tall and has a small scar on the back of his head.

At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a white and blue checked shirt, a light-blue pullover and beige pants. He drives a dark blue 6-series BMW with registration DH 72 PP GP.
