Hello, do you need better telephone etiquette?
Improve your customer relations with Rocci's telephone etiquette workshop.
The Roodepoort Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Rocci) will hold a telephone etiquette workshop to improve customer relations.
The workshop will be held on 26 July from 8am to 1pm at the Ruimsig Country Club.
The course will deal with the following:
- Using effective call greetings as a caller and receiver
- Projecting your company’s image in a positive manner
- Practising good telephone techniques and telephone manners
- Using appropriate language during telephone conversationsSpeaking with an effective telephone voice
- Using an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects
- Managing difficult calls
- Learning to manage stress levels during calls.
The workshop costs R199 per person and includes tea/ coffee and a muffin. Rocci members will be charged a discounted fee of R149, which also includes coffee/ tea and a muffin.
