Man found without a head

Circumstances surrounding man's death still sketchy.

Yesterday morning (3 July) at about 7am, the headless body of a man was discovered under a bridge on Albertina Sisulu Road in Maraisburg.

According to unconfirmed reports, the body was discovered by a motorist driving by. The circumstances surrounding the man’s death are sketchy but the Metro Police believe it was a hit-and-run. The man is also believed to have been homeless. He was wearing black jeans and a black hoodie.
