The Record has been inundated by inquiries from Roodepoort residents about a friend of theirs, Gerhardus Christoffel Roets, 28, who has gone missing.
He was last seen on 19 June. Roets currently resides in Meyersdal. He has light brown hair, blue eyes and is approximately 1,77m tall. At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a green John Deere jacket, a pair of blue jeans and black Bronx shoes.
