Big-hearted Legalwise employees from the Allen’s Nek branch made a huge donation of items last week in aid of the Knysna fire victims.
Antonia Smith, the claims hub manager, said the challenge to embark on this drive came through their charity project which involved other departments within the company.
“Basically the challenge came throughout the company [under] our Impilo project, where we challenged all different departments to collect items,” said Smith.
Within four days of spearheading the campaign, Smith added that they were able to collect items such as pillows, cookware, glassware, mats, clothes and toiletries.
All the items were dropped off on 15 June at the Caxton Joburg North West office in Weltevreden Park.
