A video has surfaced of a man and women stealing an item from a parked vehicle in under a minute.
The incident allegedly took place “about four weeks ago” in Banket Drive in Helderkruin. The woman first takes a look at what is in the vehicle, then gets back into her own vehicle.

The couple waits while two other vehicles drive by, then the man gets out and within seconds snatches what looks a laptop carry-bag out of the parked car.
