Man in his 30s dies in freak accident
A man in his 30s lost his life on the night of 18 May, when he was hit by a train at the Maraisburg Railway Station.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene and found Florida Police and CPF members providing assistance. Upon closer inspection, paramedics discovered the man lying motionless on the tracks.

Paramedics assessed the man and found that he had sustained numerous injuries and showed no signs of life. Unfortunately, nothing could be done for him and he was declared dead.
According to eyewitness, the man attempted to jump onto the moving train. Police will investigate the case.
