“During the holidays, parents are always looking for great family friendly activities, and Silverstar has made sure to cater to those needs,” said Sanele Ntombela, Silverstar’s marketing manager.
Silverstar Casino will be transforming the Square into an Easter Playground from 1 to 17 April. The playground will cater for children of all ages and promises to be packed with fun-filled activities and family fun.
Some of the child-friendly entertainment will include a soft play park, train rides, pedal go-karts on an inflatable track, water slides and buskers. The Easter Bunny will also be making an appearance on certain days with delicious treats for the kids.
Those who prefer spending their time watching movies will not be disappointed, as the playground will boast two free family movie screenings during this period. On 14 April visitors can catch the screening of HOP and on 15 April they can watch Rise of the Guardians.
The playground will be open from 10am to 5pm daily. “The best part about the Easter Playground is that it is not age-specific and entry is free, which does not limit who can join in on the fun at the Square,” Sanele concluded.
