Important notice to Fleurhof residents

JW prepaid vending points to be offline

Johannesburg Water (JW) has sent out a notice to all their prepaid customers to take note that vending points will not be available from 7 April to 9 April.

This is because of an urgent and necessary prepaid meter management system upgrade which will commence on 7 April at 6pm and will be concluded on 9 April at 6pm. During this period the vending system might not be fully functional.

Residents from Fleurhof, Lehae, Soweto, Orange Farm and Cosmo City will be affected and are advised to buy enough credit before the scheduled upgrade.

JW wishes to apologise to all its customers for any inconvenience caused.

Should residents have any queries, they can contact JW on their 24-hour hotline 011 375 5555/ 0860 562 874/ 011 688 1699. They can also send an SMS to 082 653 243 or an email to customer@jwater.co.za.
