National Goof Off Day

Use the opportunity to relax on #NationalGoofOffDay

22 March is known as National Goof Off Day, or International Goof Off Day, and is celebrated annually.

This day was created to relax, enjoy and goof off, and can be celebrated in many ways. Leave the work for tomorrow and do something fun – go fishing, visit the zoo, have a picnic or just spend some quality time with friends and family.

It is easy to get so involved in the everyday work pressure in our lives that we often forget to take some time out for ourselves. Everyone needs to take a break from time to time, and today is the perfect opportunity to stop, take a break, find something you enjoy doing and do it!

There are many different ways and things you can do to celebrate National Goof Off Day. Strictly speaking, ‘goofing off’ is the avoidance of work, so, whatever else you do today, try to look like you are not working.
