The Secret Jungle Pre-School invites the community to enjoy the Hollywood Walk of Fame at Barnyard Theatre Cresta on 1 April.
The pre-school has partnered with the theatre for the show with the aim of raising funds for the revamp of the school’s playgrounds.
The theatre will be donating 10 per cent of all pre-ordered pizzas to help the cause.
The Secret Jungle is a small, personalised pre-school situated in the heart of Strubens Valley. It is the home of 18 balls of energy who would love a new jungle gym or other facilities to play on.
“We would like to further develop their gross motor skills with the aid of new, exciting equipment,” said Krysan Hallett, administrator of the pre-school. “Our hope is to raise enough money for playground equipment. We would love our children to balance and throw balls into hoops and swing a bit.”
The Hollywood Walk of Fame will showcase music from the greatest Hollywood movies of the 80s, 90s and beyond. The show will start at 8pm. Doors open at 4.30pm and tickets cost R180 per person.
