Four suspects will appear in the Roodepoort Magistrates’ Court this week on various charges. Krugersdorp police made the arrests after following leads about the location of suspects who were alarming the community of Makhulugama informal settlement in Krugersdorp West.
The police traced the suspects to Durban Deep, where a shootout ensued on their arrival. One suspect was wounded and transported to hospital under police guard while three others were arrested and detained. The suspects were wanted for rape, attempted murder and robbery.
