Video + Photos: Road closed again after truck set alight on Albertina Sisulu
Shots fired.
Fresh mayhem erupted about an hour ago, when Albertina Sisulu Road had to be closed again after protesters set a De Vre Transport long-haul truck alight.

The road was opened earlier but had to be closed again due to this new development. At about 2pm a fire truck arrived and put out the fire. It is alleged that the truck driver fled the scene. While the Record was on scene, shots rang out, presumably rubber bullets.
Once again, motorists are advised to avoid the area until further notice.
