The new Grade 1 pupils were all very excited and eager to start their new school year – and school career – dressed in their brand new school uniforms and armed with their big suitcases filled with all the necessities.

The Record went to visit the school, and upon our arrival, the pupils were already settled into their classrooms. They were all sitting very quietly with their eyes focused on their new teacher, listening intently. Their desks sported their very first work project for the year – a colouring page and crayons.

The teachers were happy with the way the new school year started, as there were no sad faces or tears – only ecstatic pupils raring to go.
