Brothers take over in talent competition

Off to the Nationals in 2017

It was a family affair as the Roux brothers qualified to compete in next year’s Talent Africa competition. Jean Claude, Jean Pierre and Jean Troy were competing at the Talent Africa Regionals held at Laerskool Muldersdrif earlier this month (12 November).

At just 11 years old, Jean Claude qualified for three modelling categories in the national competition while his eight-year-old brother also qualified for three modelling categories. Their younger brother Jean Troy qualified for the national competition in one modelling category.

Talent Africa is a competition established with a core objective of creating the most prestigious national talent competition in the country. The main aim is to give artists with the relevant talent the best opportunity to be exposed to all that the entertainment world can offer on both national and international level.

The difference is that Talent Africa, through possible partnership with government and NGOs, could offer less-privileged individuals a fair chance to get the right training and expertise, to ultimately be part of this grandeur event.
