Northcliff, Fairland, Berario, Blackheath expect no water until Sunday
NORTHCLIFF – Is this water shedding or an attempt to save the reservoirs?
Johannesburg Water has released an emergency alert for Lenasia reservoirs and Northcliff reservoir.

The entity announced on their Twitter page that “since the end of heatwave these reservoirs have been struggling to pick up pressure which has resulted in areas having no water for days”.

Outlets of these reservoirs will be closed from 8pm to 5am every day until the end of the week on Sunday to recover them said Johannesburg Water.

Areas such as Northcliff, Fairlands, Blackheath and Berario will have low pressure to no water.
This means that these areas will have an inconsistent water supply.
