Rainbow of colours at Laerskool Horison

The school worked in conjunction with the Roodepoort Athletics Club to ensure the run was a success.

It was a festival of colour as Laerskool Horsion hosted a Color Run™ on Saturday morning. This was part of the school’s Inni-Horie-Fees, and hundreds of people lined up at the starting point to enjoy the five kilometre run.

The school worked in conjunction with the Roodepoort Athletics Club to ensure the run was a success. The club’s chairperson, Charlie Herselman, also attended the run as one of the finish line marshalls.

After the run, there was a lucky draw for runners to win prizes, as well as food stalls and fun activities, such as a haunted house, paintball shooting and an eating competition, for parents and children to enjoy.
