Charles Finlay, store manager of Food Lovers Market Westgate, shared some useful tips on how to store and use your Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Storing it correctly at home is important – keep it in a cool, dark cupboard or in the refrigerator if you use it infrequently. Extra Virgin Oil should have limited exposure to oxygen as it could degrade the quality of the oil. Use oil soon after purchase and ensure that it is stored with a cap or lid.
