Have you chosen your car’s name yet? Today is the day to pick out a name for your car and personalise it as it is National Name Your Car Day cold celebrated annually on 2 October.

Who can forget Herbie the Love Bug, Lightning McQuuen from Cars, Knight Rider’s Kit, General Lee from the Dukes of Hazzard and Smokey and the Bandit’s Bandit? These are just some of the famous car names that are well known and loved by millions of people.

Why not give your car a special name? After all, we do spend a lot of time in our cars and take good care of them.

To celebrate, pick out a name for your car if you haven’t already. Make sure it is a name that describes your car the best. You can design a sticker with the name on it, get it printed and stick it on your car to make the naming official.
