A 14-year-old schoolboy from Florida was stabbed in the head at Allen Glen High School in Weltevreden Park at about 9am yesterday (10 August).
The boy was stabbed with a knife in the boys’ bathroom. He was rushed to Netcare Garden City Clinic where his wound was treated. He was then discharged.
According to the boy’s mother mystery surrounds the incident since the victim and the assailant are “very close” and attend the same class.
She is planning to lay charges at Florida Police Station today.
The school declined to comment, saying the issue “has been resolved”.
