What do things look like after counting 91 per cent of the votes?

Ninety-one per cent of the votes have been counted, and this is what the results are:
City of Johannesburg: ANC 41 per cent, DA 41 per cent and EFF 10 per cent.
Ward 70 – DA 67 per cent, ANC 23 per cent and EFF seven per cent
Ward 71 – DA 43 per cent, ANC 23 per cent and EFF eight per cent
Ward 82 – DA 61 per cent, ANC 26 per cent and EFF five per cent
Ward 83 – DA 88 per cent, ANC five per cent and FF+ three per cent
Ward 84 – DA 74 per cent, ANC 15 per cent and EFF five per cent
Ward 85 – DA 72 per cent, ANC 19 per cent and EFF five per cent
Ward 127 – ANC 71 per cent, EFF 13 per cent and DA 12 per cent
Ward 128 – ANC 79 per cent, EFF 10 per cent and DA five per cent
National Results:
Buffalo City, Eastern Cape: ANC 59 per cent, DA 23 per cent and EFF eight per cent.
City of Cape Town: DA 67 per cent, ANC 23 per cent and EFF three per cent.
Ekhurhuleni Municipality: ANC 47 per cent, DA 35 per cent and EFF 11 per cent.
Manguang, Bloemfontein: ANC 55 per cent, DA 26 per cent and EFF eight per cent.
Nelson Mandela Bay: DA 46 per cent, ANC 41 per cent and EFF five per cent.
City of Tshwane: DA 43 per cent, ANC 41 per cent and EFF 10 per cent.
eThekwini Kwazulu Natal: ANC 55 per cent, DA 30 per cent and EFF three per cent.
