Today’s the day the teddy bears have their picnic

So show your Teddy bear some love today.

Today is the perfect day to grab your favourite stuffed animal, a basket of goodies and head out for a Teddy bear’s picnic. And if it’s too cold outside, try building a cosy fort in the lounge for your whole family and stuffing filled friends to enjoy.

And if you’re not keen on the whole picnic idea then here are a few others that your children will love:

– Clean, mend and dress up your old Teddy bears

– Make Teddy bear themed food like Goldilocks’ porridge and Teddy bear shaped cookies and sandwiches or honey cakes.

– Play Teddy bear games. Just take normal children’s games and give them a Teddy bear theme like Pin the tail on the Teddy Bear.

– Use face paint to paint bear paws and bear faces on the children and yourself

– Sing Teddy bear songs

– Read Teddy bear stories

– Make Teddy bear puppets or models out of clay

– Donate some Teddy bears to the less fortunate
