Metrobus has released an urgent press release saying that it is currently experiencing demonstrations by employees at its head office in Braamfontein.
The demonstrating employees have blocked Enoch Sontonga Road, which passes the Metrobus head office. They are also expecting service disruptions this afternoon, which will affect their afternoon trips.
“We regret this unfortunate situation and request that our commuters consider alternative transport this afternoon. We will advise of further developments during the day,” said spokesperson Esther Dreyer.
