Click to help dogs and cats in need

All you have to do is visit their website at www.epetstore.co.za/click2feed and vote for your favourite animal welfare organisation

Whether you’re a dog person, a cat person or somewhere in between, the ePETstore needs you to show your love and feed an animal in need.

The ePETstore is an online pet shop delivering premium pet food and other pet-related items such as accessories to locations all over the country. The company has initiated the Click2Feed Winter Warmer Campaign to feed the dogs and cats who need it most.

All you have to do is visit their website at www.epetstore.co.za/click2feed and vote for your favourite animal welfare organisation by clicking on its name. You can vote once a day and repeat daily to feed as many animals as possible.

The goal is to provide 28 000 meals to dogs and cats in the participating organisations. The campaign will run until this goal is reached.

Participating welfare organisations include Animals in Distress, the Animal Anti-cruelty League, Border Collie Rescue, Dachshund Haven, Husky Rescue, Kitty and Puppy Haven, Ridgeback Rehab, Rottweiler Rescue and Wollies Animal Project.

Hayley Nel from Ridgeback Rehab had the following to say about the campaign: “Ridgeback Rehab is beyond honoured to be included in the e-PETstore Click2Feed promotion. Top quality food is an absolute necessity to keep our dogs in prime condition. This doesn’t only reduce our veterinary bill, it also increases the animals’ appeal to prospective adopters. We’re a non-funded charity, with increasing numbers of stunning Ridgebacks needing our help. These large breed darlings require great quantities of top quality food, and the opportunity to involve the public in this daily necessity is fundamental to their very lives”.
