Marthinus Pelser appeared in court again this morning with Bianca Pelser’s lawyer serving him with divorce papers.
He signed the papers while still in the holding cells below the court.
State Prosecuter Maseka Temeki will argue the state’s case while Magistrate Delise Smith will preside.
