WELTEVREDEN PARK – The School Governing Body (SGB), teachers and class moms of Panorama Primary School recently organised a ladies’ high tea for all the school mothers.
Teachers and class moms decorated the tables in pink and white and provided sweet and savoury eats. The invited mothers were entertained by the school choir, who dressed in traditional wear for their performance.
“It was a wonderful morning, where we all had the opportunity to get to know each other,” said Grade 2 teacher and representative of the SGB, Lareine Weyers.
Besides the social opportunity, the event was an SGB incentive to get mothers more involved in the school and strengthen relations between the mothers and the school.
