Police have arrested a 29-year-old suspect in connection with the recent wave of murders.
According to Captain Appel Ernst, spokesperson for the Randfontein Police, the suspect was arrested in Krugersdorp and police and police are working around the clock to secure other arrests.
The suspect is expected in the Krugersdorp Magistrates; Court on Monday (6 June).
West Rand Cluster Commander, Major General Anna Mateisi told the team of investigators, “Your efforts are noticed and the Krugersdorp community can rest assured that these cases are top priority.”
