Two upcoming events at President Hyper in Krugersdorp will be residents’ opportunities to join hands with the Round Table as they embark on their #WinterKnights project.
They aim to make the colder nights more bearable for those in need by collecting donations from the public. These can be monetary donations or tinned food, old clothing and blankets, according to Sulette van der Berg, a spokesperson for the initiative.
“We really need and look forward to your help as the community in making this initiative a success,” she said in a recent statement.
On both Sunday 29 May and Sunday 5 June the Round Table Florida 21 branch will be at the main entrance of President Hyper, Krugersdorp, accepting donations.
