New jacket for free courses at NG Kerk

Cooking and sewing just some of the new additions.

The Gratia Plena Academy at NG Kerk Witpoortjir is expanding the list of free courses they are hosting.

Previously only a computer literacy was presented but now residents can empower themselves with courses in cooking, welding, sewing and panel beating. To accommodate working parents there will also be classes for children from Grade R to Grade 12 for a fee of R100 per month.

Last year nine participants in the computer literacy course landed full time jobs on completion.

Residents can also forward suggestions as to new courses they would like to be added to the roster..

The academy hosts the courses from Monday to Saturday. For more information the academy can be contacted on 076 383 5241.
