A foetus was found yesterday morning by refuse workers while collecting waste on Stallion Street in Poortview.
ER24 paramedics were called to the scene after refuse workers had noticed the body of the foetus in the back of the refuse vehicle.
On arrival, paramedics found the foetus inside the rear of the refuse vehicle.Unfortunately, the foetus was already dead when found by the refuse workers.
Local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
