Soccer boys impress with their talent

14 boys from Maragon Private School will be representing their school at the national level.

They were chosen to be part of the D12 district team to participate in the Southern Gauteng provincial trials next month.

Brent Barendse, Ruben Krause, Atlegang Serero, Nabeel Bodhania and Munashe Hakutangwi will be in the U/14 team while Cullin De Jager, Tristan Bolt, Theo Kokota, Cameron Funnell and Jesse Bristow will be in the U/15 team.

In the U/16 team, Xander Jordaan, Bradley Hill and Connor Maguire were selected.

Thabo Masemola who is currently in grade 8 was selected for the D12 team in Primary school last year.

His talent impressed the selectors and he progressed to the final provincial trials where he was selected for the U/13A Southern Gauteng team this year.
