Truck accident leaves three injured
Truck driver allegedly lost control.
Three people were injured this morning when a truck collided with two light motor vehicles on 14th Avenue near the N1 off-ramp.
ER24 paramedics found that the driver of the truck apparently had lost control of the truck, causing it to crash into the two vehicles. Both light motor vehicles stood in the middle of the road while the truck was parked a few metres away.
One man from one of the light motor vehicles and two passengers from the truck had sustained only minor injuries.
Paramedics treated them and transported them to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
Local authorities were on scene for further investigation.
