Residents are called out by street names to attend an upcoming public meeting on large-scale sewer infrastructure upgrade projects which Joburg Water will soon commence.
Councillor for the area, Suzanne Clarke urges residents to join her on 26 April, when the project will formally be introduced and the details communicated. Other involved parties, including Joburg Water and the contractors who will be implementing the upgrades, are to attend.
Clarke made a special request for people who live on specific streets to attend the meeting, as the upgrades will be affecting their day-to-day lives at home.
The meeting is set to take place on Tuesday 26 April at 7pm at the NG Kerk Roodekrans, Azalea Street.
Suzanne Clarke deals with municipal issues in Roodekrans, Wilropark, Breaunanda, Princess Crossing and Helderkruin, which fall under Ward 83.
