Two people, believed to be workers at a tuck shop in Amatola Crescent right next to Claremont Primary School were shot during an apparent robbery early yesterday afternoon.
ER24 paramedics found the two people lying next to a door at the shop. Upon assessment it was found that the men, understood to be in their 20s, sustained moderate to serious injuries.
They were treated and transported to hospital for further medical care.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident is unknown.
Authorities were on scene for further investigations.
