The pupils of Hoërskool Bastion were fairly busy during these Easter Holidays as they participated in different sports festivals and competitions.
Carmen Jacobs participated in the U/19 Bowls Championships. Her team went up against 36 other teams and managed to secure third place overall.
Nadia van den Berg competed in the West Rand Angling Clubs competition.
She was awarded the Junior Champion, Biggest Carp-Juniors and Biggest grass carp-juniors.
AJ Botha, Bradley Davel, Kyle van Dyk, Morne Swanepoel and Riaan de Jager will be jetting off to Ireland later this year.
This comes after the boys were chosen to be part of the Grootvlei-Invitational team.
