A suspect was arrested at around 11pm last night (22 March) after he had stabbed a man in his head with a pen.
According to Ivan Shaw of DMS Security the two men had an argument at the service station on the corner of CR Swart and Ouklip Roads. The stabber then ran to Umfolozi Street but patrollers of the security company who happened to be at the service station gave chase and caught up with him.They also found dagga on the suspect. He was arrested for attempted murder, possession of an illegal substance and theft.
Roodekrans Neighbourhood Watch (RNW) assisted with the arrest.
