Youth visits Baby Moses

We want to share the love of God with the children of Baby Moses.

The youth of Roodepoort Baptist Church paid a visit to the Baby Moses Children’s Haven this weekend.

They did not come empty handed as they delivered Easter eggs and other sweet goodies for the children.

Youth leader Viivian Meko who accompanied the children on their visit said teaching their youth about helping those who need it is fundamental.

“We want to share the love of God with the children of Baby Moses. This is also a way for the church’s youth to learn about giving back to the community.

Lanie de Klerk who runs Baby Moses was happy with the church’s visit and grateful for the treats they brought for the children.

“We are just grateful to the church and community for assisting us. They get involved and without them, caring for the children will not be possible. The community makes it possible for us as a haven to continue,” she said.
