With winter slowly creeping in, the Roodepoort branch of Solidarity Helping Hand is appealing to the community to lend a helping hand.
Their donation shop is appealing for clothes, blankets, toys and other goods the community wants to donate.
They also want the community to know the shop has moved from Lindhaven to Goldman Street in Florida.
The move occurred last year October to appeal to a broader clientele.
However the organisaton is worried those who want to donate may not know their new address.
“The funds generated from the items sold at the donation shop go towards our projects to further help those who are in need in the community,” said the donation shop’s Christopher van der Werken.
