FONTAINEBLEAU – Mrs World shares her journey to success with grandparents and pupils of Swan Prep Nursery School.

Pupils of Swan Prep and Nursery School were graced with a visit from a familiar face that came with a bold new title. Mrs World, Candice Abrahams, popped in to celebrate Grandparent’s Day.

The school was filled with doting grandparents for the school’s annual Grandparents Day. The school echoed with the beautiful singing of pupils who sang a special song for their grandparents. The yearly event is the highlight for both grandparents and grandchildren alike. Principal of the school, Liza Komlosy said this is a great way for grandparents to feel even more appreciated and loved.”This event gives grandparents the sense of purpose that is so important as at times they might feel neglected,” said Komlosy

The cherry on top was the grand visit of the newly crowned Mrs World, Candice Abrahams. The pupils cheered with excitement when the beautiful mother of two stepped onto the school grounds. She shared sentiments of her upbringing and the struggles she had to face. “I was bullied when I was in school and kids were really mean to me,” recalled Mrs World.

She divulged that she opened a grooming school at Swan Prep with the help of principal Komlosy as she is passionate about the girls and boys of the school. She went onto explain how when she was bullied at school, her mother encouraged her to be confident by enrolling her into grooming classes. “I wasn’t the popular girl in school, people would kick and spit at me and be mean to me, and this is why I am here today, to encourage you to always be there for each other, stand up for each other no matter what,” said Mrs World. She concluded that no dream is too big or too small and that anything is possible if you believe in yourself.
